Running Club Information Sessions
Westhampton: Thursday, August 23rd at 6pm
Short Pump: Tuesday, August 28th at 6pm
For our Fall 2018 training, we will offer one program-8k Fast. This program will help you increase your speed while getting you ready to run an 8k race in November. We will work on speed during our Saturday workouts using the track and different types of speed play to get you accustomed to going faster. Wednesdays are the long run and are done at an easy pace.
Training begins on September 12th and will continue on Wednesdays and Saturdays through Saturday, November 10th.
The information sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about Fleet Feet Running Club and meet some of your coaches.
