Commit to getting fit & going the distance by signing up to train for both No Boundaries Beginner 5K & No Boundaries 2.0 8K Training Programs!
Sign up to receive 19 weeks of structured training we will help you cross not 1, but 2 finish lines! First you will train & complete a 5K (3.1 miles). But why stop there, you have worked too hard! Since you are in such great shape we will continue training for the Richmond HCA VA 8K (4.97 miles).
The fun begins on Wednesday, September 14th and will conclude on Saturday, November 12th!
What You Get as a Participant:
- Full training schedule with detailed workouts
- 19 Weeks of Structured Training
- 2 Weekly group training workouts every Wednesday at 6:00 pm & Saturday at 8:00 am
- we meet at our Westhampton location every Wednesday & will alternate between Westhampton and Short Pump locations every other Saturday
- Educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, avoiding injury, and more.
- Receive 2 pieces of technical running gear
