A long-raging debate amongst runners revolves around running GPS watches and running apps - which is better? We're here today to provide some of the important facts and allow you to decide for yourself.
One of the major differences between GPS watches and apps is that watches are specifically designed to track your run while apps used on smartphones are just one piece of the device that is tracking you. As a result, GPS units in phones are not designed to track you as accurately. They're just meant to place you in generally the area that you are located.
