Pilates and Good Form Running

Core strength is an often overlooked area of cross training for many people. So what is the core area? It's more than just your abs. The core includes the area just below your chest and into your hip flexors. This area is relied upon for many aspects of running, including your form. That's why, on September 18th, we're partnering with Core Pilates of Richmond to hold a fun fitness session! Join us at Core Pilates of Richmond, as our Certified Good Form Running Coach takes you through this four point process to improve your stride!

Karen Roodman, owner of Core Pilates and a seasoned Pilates teacher will teach you to strengthen your core from “the inside out” through the Pilates Method with some mat and Reformer exercises. Registration is required. The session is limited to 15 individuals.
