Attention all fitnatics! We wanted to let you know that we're holding a FREE yoga class at our store this Saturday, November 2nd at 10:30am. This is an hour-long class led by Trina Chakrabortty, a yoga instructor at the VCU fitness centers. The class is mixed-level, meaning that beginners and intermediate yogis are welcome.
As you probably know, yoga is so beneficial for runners, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts alike. It can help improve flexibility, balance, and clarity of mind. Who doesn't love that? Bring your own yoga mat, and join in the fun this Sunday. See you there!
