Fleet Feet Running Club is about to start up again for the Spring 2019 season! We are offering two info sessions for these programs:
For our Spring 2019 training, we will offer two programs - No Boundaries and 5k Fast. No Boundaries is geared towards the beginner runner and utilizes intervals to train. 5k Fast is designed to increase your speed while getting you ready to run our goal race in June.
Training begins on April 3rd and will continue on Wednesdays and Saturdays through Thursday, June 6th.
