Below you will find our 2018 Training Calendar!

Our No Boundaries Beginner 5K is perfect for those interested in completing a 5K (3.1 miles).
Our 5K Fast Program is perfect for those who can comfortably complete 2 miles with limited walk breaks and want to increase their speed. 

April

No Boundaries Beginner 5K and 5K Fast Programs:
Length- 10-week program
Training begins- April 4th
Training concludes- June 7th 
Group Workouts- Wednesdays at 6:00 pm & Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal race- Anthem Corporate Run
Cost- $100
*cost does not include race entry fee 

July

No Boundaries Beginner 5K and 5K Fast Programs:
Length- 10-week program
Training begins- July 7th
Training concludes- September 8th 
Group Workouts- Wednesdays at 6:00 pm & Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal race- The Speak Up 5K
Cost- $100
*cost does not include race entry fee 

September

8K Fast Training Program:
Length- 9-week program
Perfect for- Those who can complete 2 miles comfortably & want to go beyond the 5k distance
Training begins- September 12th
Training concludes- November 10th
Group Workouts- Wednesdays at 6:00 pm & Saturdays at 8:00 am
Goal race- Any Fall 8K
Cost- $100
*cost does not include race entry fee
